If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
When reporting damages or issues, please provide:

Failure to report damages or shortages within a reasonable timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Approved exchanges and refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
