Shipping Options

At this time, we offer:

• Local Pickup
• Collect Shipping (Customer Pays Shipping on Arrival)

We do not currently offer prepaid shipping through our online checkout system.

Local Pickup

Customers may select local pickup during checkout.

Pickup locations may include:

• Williams Lake
• 100 Mile House

Customers will be contacted when their order is ready for pickup.

Please bring:

• Valid photo ID;
• Order confirmation;
• Any applicable pickup authorization information.

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled or restocked at our discretion.

Collect Shipping (Freight Collect)

We can arrange shipment of eligible items using collect shipping services within British Columbia only.

Under collect shipping:

• Shipping charges are paid directly by the customer upon delivery or pickup from the carrier;
• Shipping rates are determined by the carrier, package size, weight, and destination;
• Burgess does not control carrier pricing or delivery timelines.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information;
• Any freight or handling charges where applicable;
• Inspecting shipments upon arrival.

Large, oversized, fragile, or special-order items may require custom shipping arrangements.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship within:

• British Columbia only

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of British Columbia.

Certain oversized, hazardous, or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping.

Order Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within:

Special-order or non-stock items may require additional processing time.

Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.

Failure to report issues within a reasonable timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Returns & Exchanges
